Claire’s Description:

How do we let go of control, yet claim the driver’s seat in life?  How do we let go of fears and self-limiting thoughts to release into the universal life force that heals us and frees us to be truly who we are? How do we come into harmony with the flow that is life?

Our physical body is our best answer. It helps us moment-by-moment, feeling-by-feeling come into the presence of the universal life force. Once experienced, this centering force is always part of us. Come experience the 7000-year-old practice of ZY Qigong, adaptable to our modern lives, bringing us closer to embodying the universal life force.

Master teacher Claire Guyu Johnson grew up in China, apprenticing with ZY Qigong lineage holder, Xu Mingtang. On her path to becoming a Qigong Master she practiced solitary meditations without food or water in Chinese and Tibetan caves.   Claire’s approach is heart centered, as opening the heart is one of the most effective ways to enter the subtle realm of energy (qi) and information.  Then this refined awareness assists us in unifying the body and mind, bringing coherency to our emotions, energy, physical being and spiritual being.  Through consistent practice of being in this awareness, being in the present, being in the body, one becomes a fuller and purer resemblance of  the “Zhen Rin”, or the true, genuine human being.  Claire teaches and heals throughout the US, Europe and China.
Mongolian shaman and healer, Jerigtu comes from a family of well known shamans, healers, herbalists and Tibetan Buddhist Rinpoches.  His teaching and healing exemplifies his strong root as a Mongolian, connected to the endless grassland earth and the big heaven, and to the ancestors and lineages.  As one of the most ancient cultures that is still grounded in naturalism and lineage, his presence reminds us of our connectedness in time and space.  His teaching constantly steers us toward re-connecting with our original soul and with the universe, remembering the Oneness, and bringing the received wisdom directly benefitting our daily lives.  He is the current lineage holder of the Taoist Sinew Transforming Classic practice.  Jerigtu travels year round with his wife Claire Guyu Johnson, teaching and practicing traditional Mongolian medicine in the US, Europe and Asia.
