Location: Â NalandaWest
Instructor(s): Claire Johnson, Jerigtu
Experience Qigong in its true essence in this weekend workshop with  extraordinary International Qigong Instructors, Claire Johnson and Jerigtu.
Qigong is an adventure, an exploration of the internal universe.
You may come for self-healing, for peace, to gain energy, to seek answers to life’s questions, or to explore who and what we are.
With a small class size and the compassionate, engaged and healing presence of Claire and Jerigtu, you will experience qigong on a profound level.
Level one is the foundation of ZY Qigong practice. Â In Level 1 we learn methods to relax the physical body, quiet the mind and let go of blockages that may be causing pain, disturbance, and zap your energy. Â Level 1 is also the stage that we begin cultivating our lower dantien – or energy field. Â With the ability to increase energy and become very relaxed, our body’s innate ability to heal is stimulated. Â With practice, you will feel increased vitality, physical strength and capacity to handle stress.
Claire GuYu Johnson, Master Qigong trainer and healer, is the founder or the North American ZY Qigong Association. She traveled and trained worldwide with Grandmaster Mingtang Xu, lineage holder of ZY Qigong, Â and practiced solitary meditations, without food or water in Chinese and Tibetan sacred caves. Â She met Jerigtu on a solo meditation retreat in Inner Mongolia. Â Jerigtu, a musician by training, comes from a family of well-known Shamans and Buddhist Rinpoches in Inner Mongolia. Â After meeting Claire, he uncovered his innate and deep abilities in qigong healing. Â He apprenticed with Taoist healers, Tibetan teachers and Grandmaster Xu. Â Clarie and Jerigtu teach and heal worldwide and reside in Inner Mongolia.
Even if you have taken Level 1, Level 2 and/or Image Medicine before, there is always something new that unfolds in each experience with Claire and Jerigtu.
Please join us.  April 17-19th, Friday eve 7-9 pm, Saturday and Sunday, 9 am-5 pm $280 ($230 for students repeating the class).  Attend Friday night only for $30.
