Level 1 this past weekend in Seattle was truly transformative and relaxing! Jerigtu shared heart-lifting wisdom teachings from his native Mongolia and from Tibetan Buddhism. Claire led us through a profound exploration of Level 1, relaxing the body and gathering energy in a deeply experiential way. Everyone’s energy had noticeably shifted by the end of the weekend.
